Traumatic Brain Injury can be complex and devastating to the patients’ life, as well as to the family. HBOT can help a number of TBI patients by restoring general brain health, reversing ischemia (tissues lacking adequate blood flows and oxygenation) and supporting rehabilitation. SPECT scan documentation is useful for evaluating central nervous system response to HBOT. (See David B’s Testimony)
